Ferran Casadevall Massuet is the Economic and Commercial Counsellor of Spain in Southern Africa, and he is the director of the Spanish Commercial Office in Johannesburg. As such, Mr. Casadevall is the Honorary Vice-president of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in South Africa and acts as an advisor. Previously Mr. Casadevall was employed as an economic advisor at the Spanish Ministry of Economy, Madrid, for matters of domestic legislation and European Union economic policy coordination. He has also worked as a research assistant at the World Bank HQ, conducting impact evaluation studies. Mr Casadevall holds an Economics Degree from Pompeu Fabra University (Spain), a History Degree from UNED University (Spain) and a Master’s Degree in Public Policy Analysis from American University (USA).
